What are Pre-Pay Tickets?

The vast majority of our business clients understand and acknowledge that Sentinel is the very best solution that they could possibly get as far as looking after their IT equipment and users is concerned. However, sometimes it is difficult to appreciate the level of service that Sentinel actually provides, it is complete peace of mind for a monthly fee.

The sticking point for a few businesses is the monthly fee. Although we monitor the systems 24/7 and have automated systems for repair of common issues as well as remote support for less common problems as part of Sentinel, the financial climate can be unpredictable and although you may be cash rich now it is difficult to say where the business will be in six months time.

To overcome this challenge we decided to offer Pre-Pay Tickets.

Essentially you buy blocks of time that are used in 15 minute intervals. This covers phone calls, help desk issues, remote support and even on-site support as and when required during normal business hours.

We provide remote access software and a host of facilities that are available only to contract clients and offer them on a Pay as You Go type of service.

Blocks of time

We have tried to keep things simple and make the available blocks of time and pricing attractive. Obviously the bigger discounts come with each step up in the amount of time you purchase.

Our standard pricing including VAT is £60 per hour, so each step up in hours pre-purchased represents a bigger saving.

  • £105 for a 2 hour prepay ticket or £52.50 per hour (save £7.50 per hour) – This is the very best deal on the page and the least costly.
  • £220 for a 4 hour prepay ticket or £13.75 per 15 minute call versus £60 per hour
  • £400 for a 8 hour prepay ticket or £12.50 per 15 minute call
  • £450 for a 10 hour prepay ticket or £11.25 per 15 minute call
  • £570 for a 15 hour prepay ticket or £9.50 per 15 minute call

If you wish to purchase more than 15 hours you can mix and match up to 25 hours but any more than that and we would suggest that you call us for a better quotation on the number of hours you wish to cover.

Best of All

There is a 5 year time limit on the usage of these hours!

You may use them all in one year or 5 years – That’s it! Your labour price is locked in for that Pre-Pay Ticket price.
