- Using a Secure remote connection tool (the same one we use for our contract clients) we can connect across the internet to troubleshoot your computer problem or provide you with valuable training.
- While we connect with your computer we can speak with you on the phone to identify the symptoms.
- Whilst we are working on your system you will be able to see what we are doing, but you will not be able to work on the computer, however you can end the session at any time.
- Once we have identified the symptoms we can hang up the phone so that you can use your phone for other important calls, we will get on with the work and call you back when we are finished.
